About Us
Holly Berry Farm is part of a fourth generation family farm founded in 1913 just outside of Santa Claus, IN. Since its beginning, the farm has changed and adapted as the times and circumstances have required. Starting out as a diversified turn-of-the-century farm raising corn, tobacco, various livestock and hay, the farm expanded into dairy and egg production in the 40s, 50s and 60s, increased grain production in the 70s, and focused on expanded pork and beef production in the 80s and 90s. The new century brought more change in 2009 when the first strawberry crop was planted and Holly Berry Farm was born. Since then, the berry and produce side of the farm has continued to grow and expand. We currently grow strawberries, asparagus and other seasonal produce. We also offer freezer beef and farm fresh eggs. Strawberries are currently sold directly from the farm and are also available at nearby Pumpkins and More Farm Market. Asparagus, eggs, and seasonal produce are also sold from the farm during strawberry season and at Pumpkins and More during other times of the year. We are currently planning to expand our produce offerings and are exploring additional avenues for selling our products, so stay tuned!
In addition to the Holly Berry Farm products, our family farm also still raises corn, soybeans, wheat, hay and beef cattle. With the fifth generation of the family currently living, playing and growing up on the farm, our goal is to continue to grow and adapt, as past generations have done, to ensure a sustainable, diversified family farm.
